Simon Grigg is a music industry professional and writer who has formed and managed many New Zealand music groups and record companies, and Auckland clubs Cause Célèbre & Box. Between 1977 and 2007 he released or was behind over 150 NZ records, of which three-quarters entered the music charts. In 2012 he became creative director of Audio Culture, NZ on Air-funded website about the people and cultures of New Zealand music.
